Training Plans
Take your training to the next level with our custom Coldwater Trail Training Plans, courtesy of Life Time Vestavia Hills.
- These plans incorporates 3 days of running/riding, 1-2 strength training days (legs, core), and 1-2 cross-training days (yoga, cycling, running, etc).
- Rest days are a necessary build in and just as important as training days
- Listen to your body! This plan is meant to be used as a guide, not the only path to a successful race.
- Recovery weeks are scheduled every 4 weeks to give the athlete a break and opportunity to consolidate training efforts before building again.
- This plan is designed for those interest in completing, not competing.
