BOOTH SET-UP & RESTRICTIONS
Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the booth size and may not obstruct walkways, general view, and other exhibitors. This will be strictly enforced. Any special booth construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval by Life Time. Exhibitors must remain open at all times during Finish Festival hours.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval from Life Time. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.
Life Time staff reserves the right to restrict and remove anything that has not been pre-approved.
INCIDENTALS
Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, wifi, etc.
Power and ice may be available upon request but are subject to limited availability.

LOAD-OUT
If you are planning to outbound ship, please select this option in your registration. BOLs are REQUIRED prior to leaving the venue on Saturday evening.
Please schedule outbound shipments for pick-up Monday, October 27, 2025 | 9AM-4PM.
Reminder: Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, power, ice, wifi, etc.
ADVANCED SHIPPING
Booth Materials
All exhibitors that need to ship materials for Expo/Finish Festival activations should ship to the address below between Monday October 6 and Friday, October 17. Please LABEL your items accordingly for activation use.
Please send a complete list of shipping items and tracking information* to receive the advanced shipping address information, along with any specific instructions to Lily Burns – lburns@lt.life.
*Please provide tracking number – required for all shipments.
Outbound Shipping
Post-Event shipping must be scheduled for pick-up Monday, October 27, 2025 between 9-4PM. BOL or shipment receipt should be provided to event staff prior to leaving event Saturday.
Sponsor Information
Schedule of Events – Finish Festival
Sponsors are welcome to leave weighted tents, tables and chairs overnight Thursday. We recommend lowering tents and packing up all valuables, as there is no overnight security.
