- 100k MTB: $115
- 50k MTB: $80
- 50k Run: $115
- 15k Run: $80
Minimum Age to Participate – riders and runners must be the following age on RACE DAY in order to register:
- 100k MTB: 16
- 50k MTB: 14
- 50k Run: 16
- 15k Run: 12
Refunds, Transfers, and Deferrals

| 30+ | Option 1: 70% refund
Option 2: Defer into the following year, pay a deferral fee of 40% of the entry fee |
| 30 Or Less | Defer into the following year, and pay a deferral fee of 40% of the entry fee. No transfers. |
- Refunds do NOT include processing fees, donations, or merchandise.
- Email coldwatertrail@ltevents.zendesk.com to request refund or deferral.
- NOTE: Military/Active Duty can request a refund in full or deferral to the following year at no cost. Must email coldwatertrail@ltevents.zendesk.com with request and must show deployment paper or letter showing orders.
